ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Library Assistant on daily wage basis, in Tirunelveli District, by considering her representation dated 27.08.2018.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, as the petitioner's representation seeking to appoint her as Library Assistant, on daily wage basis, is kept pending before the third respondent, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.The learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered into on merits. 5.Under such circumstances, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2018, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. The writ petition is disposed of, on the above terms. No costs.
