Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to disburse the amount of old age pension with retrospective effect from the date of last disbursement to till date and in future pension amount disburse every month without fail in consonance with the past disbursement from the petitioner's husband death, as that as consider like the family pension to till the petitioner death within a time frame that may be prescribed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner is a widow aged about 71 years. The petitioner claims that her husband was given old age pension. He passed away on 22.06.2013. Even though the petitioner submitted an application in the appropriate format on 24.08.2013, she has not been given any old age pension till date. Therefore, the writ petition has been filed.

3.The second respondent is the authority competent to decide the issue. The writ petitioner has enclosed all the relevant materials in the typed set of papers. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 24.08.2013 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
