This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to register the case of the petitioner herein dated 24.09.2016.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has made a statement before the respondent police that he is not willing to prosecute further in the complaint. Hence, the complaint was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
