ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner's grievance is that his son, namely J.Ayswar has not been issued with the hall ticket for writing the 10th Public Exam, which commences tomorrow(i.e., 14.03.2019).

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader categorically stated that an alternate hall ticket has already been issued to the writ petitioner's son https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

yesterday (i.e., 12.03.2019), but this is disputed by the petitioner's counsel. Therefore, this Court directs the fourth respondent to issue an authenticated copy of the alternate hall ticket to the petitioner's son. The petitioner's son shall go to the Office of the fourth respondent today (i.e., 13.03.2019) at 04.00 pm., and collect the same from the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent shall ensure that the fifth respondent will permit the petitioner's son to write the examinations that commence from 14.03.2019.
