This petition is filed to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioners/accused, by Judgment dated 01.03.2024, made in Spl.S.C.No.29 of 2021 on the file of the Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Madurai.

2. Today, when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
