ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheeted List No.40 of 2015 maintained by the second respondent Police based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2025.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2026 and pass orders on merits and in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
