3.T.Prabakaran ..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the impugned notice issued by the 3rd Respondent vide Na.Ka.No.789/A2/2019, dated 26.02.2019 and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER
Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.
2.What is under challenge in this writ petition is only a notice issued by the first respondent.
3.I am of the view that the petitioners can as well appear before the first respondent and state their objections. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners fairly stated that they are prepared to appear before the first respondent without prejudice to their contention. The only request that he made was that the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent should not keep the enquiry proceedings pending for a long time.
4.It is seen that the petitioners did not appear on 11.03.2019 as required in the impugned notice. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners will appear before the first respondent on 20.03.2019 at 3.00 p.m. The said submission is recorded.
5.The first respondent is directed to conclude the entire proceedings on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter and the contentions of the petitioners are left open.
6.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar (T&P) / True Copy / Sub Assistant Registrar(CS-I) To 1.The Deputy Inspector General of Registration, Madurai District, Madurai.
