O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register an FIR, based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 23.11.2017, within a stipulated period of time fixed by this Court and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted by the second respondent Police and during enquiry, the petitioner appeared before the second respondent and made a statement that for the very same property in question, already a Civil Suit in O.S.No.242 of 2016 has been filed before the Subordinate Court, Theni, and the same is pending and she is ready to abide by the decision to be taken in the above said suit and therefore, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

said complaint was closed.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
