ORDER

This petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to take appropriate action against the private persons who damaged the trespassed into the petitioner's landed property comprised in S.Nos.1502/1C and 1503/3 situated at Velliyanai South Village, Karur Taluk, Karur District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2026 and for other reliefs. 2.According to the petitioner, there is a case and counter case. The rival group's complaint was taken on file and the FIR in Crime No.46 of 2026 has been registered. The petitioner has preferred a complaint against the said rival group but, the respondent has not taken the same on file. In fact, the respondent has damaged and trespassed into the petitioner's property. The petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.56 of 2026 on the file of the District Court, Karur.

3.In view of the above, the second respondent Police is directed to take the petitioner's complaint dated 13.02.2026 and to conduct an enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law. If any criminal offence is made out, FIR may be registered. The above said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
