O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case on the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 22.06.2016 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and during enquiry the petitioner submits that the petitioner will redress her grievance before the appropriate Civil forum. Hence, the complaint was closed as "Civil Dispute". The closure report is also produced before this Court.

4.In view of the above submission, no further adjudication is required in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
