PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

ORDER

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the complaint of the fourth respondent has been enquired and the same was closed by recording the statement given by the parties, stating that they can seek their remedy before the Civil Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
