Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner died and his legal heirs have not come forward to file a petition to implead them as parties in this petition. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed as abated. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.
