Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants the petition mentioned burial ground to be shifted. The ground on which the petitioner's request is made is that the same is located very close to his residence. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate brought to the attention of this Court, the communication of the revenue authority indicating that the petitioner's request cannot be accepted. directed to communicate the decision to the petitioner so that the petitioner can challenge the same in manner know to law. 4.With this liberty to the writ petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
