This writ petition was filed challenging the relieving order, dated 19.03.2021, issued by the Chief Engineer, Tamil Nadu Generation & Distribution Corporation Limited, Tuticorin Thermal Power Station, Tuticorin-4, relieving the petitioner from the post of the Executive Engineer, Civil Maintenance Division - II, Tuticorin Thermal Power Station, without any instructions with regard to the reporting Station.

2. Today(03.12.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for final hearing, the learned counsel on either side submits that this petitioner has been transferred to Chennai Region, by order dated 20.03.2022. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition. 2/4

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by either side counsel, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
