ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the orders of this Court made in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1550 of 2025 in Crl.R.C (MD)No.147 of 2025, dated 04.02.2025, wherein the petitioner was directed to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- on or before the 04.03.2025.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a heart patient and he is unable to arrange the funds within time given. Hence, the present petition came to be filed seeking extension of time. 1/3
3. Mr.N.Mohideen Basha, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the respondent.
4. Considering the reasons assigned and taking note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to extend the time till 26.03.2025.
5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. The petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- on or before 26.03.2025 to the credit of C.C.No.26 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate (FTC), Karaikudi.
6. Post the matter on 27.03.2025, for reporting compliance. Vakalat by then. sd/- 05/03/2025 / TRUE COPY / /03/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar (CS-I/II/III/IV) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
