ORDER
The plaintiffs in the suit in O.S.No.256 of 2010 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Aruppukkottai have filed the above Civil Revision Petition seeking a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a stipulated time.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner.
3. The plaintiffs filed the suit in O.S.No.256 of 2010 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Aruppukkottai for declaration and permanent injunction.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners submitted that in the said suit, the plaintiffs also filed an application in I.A.No.564 of 2010 under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of C.P.C., seeking for interim injunction. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners further submitted that though the suit was filed in the year 2010, the trial Court has not disposed of the same yet. That apart, the learned counsel further submitted that in view of the long pendency of the suit, the plaintiffs are put to hardship and prejudice. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition, without
expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the learned District Munsif, Aruppukkottai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.256 of 2010 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
