This petition is filed for issuing a direction the second respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the representation, dated 24.03.2018.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.34 of 2018, for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 323 IPC, on 24.04.2018.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
