ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner complains that the fourth respondent is blocking his movement through Survey Nos.32 and 34 which have been classified as "Vari". 2/4

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader confirms that both the aforesaid survey numbers have been classified only as "Vari". 4.In the event, it is the duty of the respondents 1 to 3 to ensure that the said Vari is maintained free of any kind of encroachment and nobody raises any obstruction.

5.With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
