O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.11.2017.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that, based on the petitioner's complaint, a case has already been registered in Crime No.1335 of 2018, for the offence punishable under Sections 406 & 420 IPC on the file of the second respondent police. He has also produced a copy of the FIR to that effect.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Criminal Original Petition and the same is accordingly dismissed.
