ORDER
It is a petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case based on a complaint given by the petitioner dated 26.07.2016 and trace out the misplaced passport of the petitioner immediately.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered on 18.08.2016 in Crime No.311 of 2016 for offences under Sections 379 (NH) IPC.
