ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint made by the petitioner on 15.11.2017.

2.According to the petitioner, the complaint has been made before the respondent police on 15.11.2017, but no action has been taken to register the complaint of the petitioner so far, hence the present Criminal Original Petition is filed before this Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has filed a report stating that the respondent police enquired the complaint and during the enquiry it revealed that already a case is pending in I.D.O.P.No.51 of 2017. Therefore, the parties are advised to approach before the Civil Court. Hence, recording the same, the complaints have been closed.

disputed the above said fact.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek remedy before the concerned Civil Court.
