ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to exempt the petitioner from surrender before the Learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Krishnarayapuram, Karur District in C.C.No.32 of 2021 dated 21.09.2022, by confirming the Judgment dated 15.04.2024 in Crl.A.No.109 of 2022 on the file of Learned Principal District Judge, Karur pending disposal of the above criminal revision petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
