Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to survey the petitioners lands in Old S.F.No.225/1 part, New T.S.No.13/3, 13/5 (Survey Ward No.AW, Block No.11) situated at Kottapattu village, Tiruchirappalli Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District and fix the boundary stone and consider the representation dated 15.12.2018.

ORDER

This Court vide order dated 18.02.2019, had directed the respondent to conduct survey. Alleging that the order of this Court has not been complied with, this Contempt Petition came to be filed.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Counsel produced a copy of the communication dated 17.07.2020, issued by the respondent, indicating compliance of the order passed by this Court. It appears that there is a dispute between the petitioner and a third party.
