Respondent in both the petitions/Respondent/Plaintiff Civil Revision Petitions under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 26/11/2014 in I.A.Nos.1168 and 1169 of 2014 in O.S.No.106 of 2013 respectively on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Karur. ORDER : This Civil Revision petition coming on for hearing on this day, and upon perusing the petition, and the Judgment and Decree of the Lower Court and in the presence of the Counsel on both sides, the court made the following order:- This Court directed the learned Additional District Munsif, Karur, to dispose of the Suit in O.S.No.106 of 2013 on or before 30 June 2015.

2. The learned trial Judge, now wanted further three more months to dispose of the said suit.

3. The learned trial Judge is given three more months time finally for disposal of the suit in O.S.No. 106 of 2013.

4. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted at any cost. The Registry is directed not to entertain any application for extension.
