ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.06.2017 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 24.06.2017 to recover the stolen articles from the petitioner's home and to initiate necessary action against the accused persons. He further submitted that the petitioner has not appeared for the enquiry and also not cooperated for the enquiry and if the petitioner cooperate for enquiry, the complaint of the petitioner will be enquired within the time to be fixed by this Court. 3.Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that the petitioner will cooperate for the enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.In view of the aforesaid submission made by both parties,

the respondent police is directed to issue summons to the petitioner to appear for enquiry and on receipt of such summons the petitioner is also directed to appear for enquiry and cooperate with the respondent police. Further, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
