This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to assign the land and issue the patta to the petitioner with regard to land in Survey No.1627/2A to an extent of 1.21.5 Hectare situated at R.Kombai Village, Kujiliaparai Taluk, Dindigul District based on the petitioner's representations dated 26.04.2015, 03.01.2020.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the representation made by the petitioner has

already been rejected by the District Revenue Officer, Dindigul, through proceedings dated 20.04.2023.
