ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate produced a copy of the memorandum dated 26.03.2019 informing the petitioner that if the petitioner pays a deficit stamp duty of Rs.53,000/- (Rupees Fifty Three Thousand only), the petition mentioned document would be released.

2. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to question the said communication. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
