ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.31 of 2019, on the file of the first respondent police, based upon the complaint given by the second respondent. 2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the investigation was completed and final report was also filed before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate and the same was also taken on file in C.C.No.118 of 2021 and posted to 22.06.2021 for the appearance of the accused.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5019 of 2021 4.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report. Such liberty is always available to the petitioner to challenge the final report if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
