O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed praying to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 8/8/2014 by the learned Subordinate Judge, Kulithalai made in I.A.No.358 of 2013 in H.M.O.P.No.26 of 2012.

2. I.A.No.358 of 2013 has been filed to claim maintenance of Rs.8,000/- by the wife and children against the petitioner herein. After contest, the Sub-Court, Kulithalai has ordered Rs.3,000/- p.m., for the wife and children. Against which the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.

3. As there is no merit worth considering in the revision, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is directed to pay the maintenance as awarded till the disposal of the H.M.O.P.no.26 of 2012. The Sub-Court, Kulithalai is directed to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.26 of 2012 on or before 30th April, 2015 and report to this Court. No costs.
