ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register an F.I.R. based on the complaint made by the petitioner on 29.11.2017. 2.According to the petitioner, the complaint has been made before the second respondent police on 29.11.2017, but no action has been taken to register the complaint of the petitioner so far, hence the present Criminal Original Petition is filed before this Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has filed a report stating that the respondent police enquired the complaint and during the enquiry the petitioner made a statement that he will approach the Civil Court to seek his remedy hence, recording the same, the complaint has been closed.
