O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sivagangai to take on file and number the Charge Sheet filed by the second Respondent in Cr.No. 680 of 2018 within the stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner is the first accused in Cr.No.680 of 2018, which was registered for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 343, 323 and 506(ii) of IPC.

CRL OP(MD). No.6195 of 2020 Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sivagangai and it was taken cognizance in C.C.No. 86 of 2020. Now the petitioner is appearing before the trial Court regularly and whereas, other accused have not appeared before the trial Court.

4.Since, the final report has been filed and taken cognizance, this matter become infructuous.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
