ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file final report in Crime No.4 of 2015 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that final report has already been filed on 08.10.2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sengottai and that it is yet to be taken on file. He further submitted that the copy of the final report is also served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.
