2.Heard both sides. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition till date.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition scrupulously, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.38 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.373 of 2019, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2942 of 2020 05.02.2020 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am and 5.00 pm until further order. This petition is ordered accordingly.
