It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.05.2016, investigate into the case in accordance with law and file final report within a reasonable time. 2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.477 of 2016 under Sections 147, 148, 448, 294(b), 506(2) and 435 IPC by the second respondent Police.
