Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner wants issuance of patta in her favour in respect of the petition mentioned property. She had given an application on 02.06.2018. Since it was not acted upon, the present writ petition came to be filed.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent informs the Court that as per the revenue records the property stood in the name of one Periyamma. It is the case of the writ petitioner that her vendor Pitchaikutty is none other than the son of said Periyamma. The registered sale deed dated 29.01.2007 executed in favour of the Pitchaikutty is enclosed in the typed set of papers. The writ petitioner also claims to have put up green house on the said land. It is for the writ petitioner to establish that the said Pitchaikutty is the legal heir of the said Periyamma. Upon production of such proof, the Thasildar shall issue patta in favour of the writ petitioner.
