Today, this case is listed under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners argued that this Court had previously granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P. No.3968 of 2026, dated 24.02.2026, with the condition that the petitioners report to the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and, thereafter, as required for interrogation. He further stated that, with the exception of the second petitioner, all the petitioners are practicing medical doctors. Consequently, the learned counsel requested that this to modify the order accordingly and issue a fresh copy.

3. Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is modified the condition No.6(b) as follows:-. '' (b) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on Saturday and Sunday at 10:30 a.m. for one session and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation."

4. Registry is directed to carry-out the necessary corrections in the order dated 24.02.2026 in Crl.OP(MD).No.3968 of 2026 and issue fresh order copy to the learned counsel for the petitioners.
