This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondents to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 28.11.2017 and take further action against the accused.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.428 of 2017, for the offences under Sections 420 and 506(ii) of IPC, on 20.12.2017.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
