Respondents (R5 is impleaded vide court order dated 01.04.2019 in WMP(MD)No.5610 of 2019) Prayer : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to issue a new proper patta to the petitioner's property by making rectification in his office S.R No.631, New Survey No.7, Old No.83/2B, Ward U, Block 10, Varaganeri, Tiruchirappalli Town, Tiruchirappalli District that the property consisting of 2275 sq.ft (212 sq.mt) by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2019 within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the third respondent shall pass orders on the petition mentioned application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent shall put the fifth respondent on notice before passing final orders. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. It is open to the third respondent to pass orders one way or the other. This writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
