ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as Accused No.1. He was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.04.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 451, 406, 294(b) and 506(ii) I.P.C. in Crime No.13 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent person and he has not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted the petitioner has given false assurance to the defacto complainant and had sexual relationship with her. He further submitted that medical examination is yet to be conducted.

5.Considering the above submission, this bail petition is dismissed.
