ORDER

The petitioner seeks protection from the respondents 2 and 3 from interfering with the activities of the Marungapuri Ondriya Manamagil Club, of which the petitioner is the President.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is willing to abide by the conditions stipulated by the Principal Bench of this Court in W.P.No.9009 of 2015 dated 30.03.2015.

4. The petitioner is now directed to file a fresh

representation giving an undertaking to the second respondent herein.

5. The learned Government Advocate made a statement that as long as the petitioner is complying with the conditions stipulated by the Principal Bench of this Court and also complying with such undertaking as he is now required to give to the second respondent police.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
