COMMON PRAYER: Contempt Petitions filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)Nos.2363, 2364 & 2365 of 2019 dated 01.02.2019.

Common Prayer in W.P.(MD)Nos.2363, 2364 & 2365 of 2019 : Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant two advance increments to the petitioners from the date of acquiring P.G.Degree in Engineering and consequently revise the petitioners basic pay and also to pay the arrears from the date of entitlement in the light of order passed by this Honourable Court in W.P.No. 21875 of 2016 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Honourable Court by considering the representation of the petitioners dated 31.08.2018 respectively.
