This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 159 days in filing the appeal in CMA. (MD).SR.No.15709 of 2026.

2. Notice has been served on respondent Nos.1 to 3, who are the claimants.

3. Mr.A.Rahul, learned counsel takes notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner / Corporation submitted that the fourth and fifth respondents are the Driver and Conductor and submitted that the notice can be dispensed with for those respondents.

5. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

6. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned.

7. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.A.Rahul, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 while listing the appeal for admission.
