O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction seeking early disposal of O.S.No.948 of 2011 on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.No notice is necessary to the respondents as this Court intend to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit at the earliest and it would not cause any prejudice to the respondents.

4.The second defendant has come up with the revision seeking for a speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.948 of 2011, which was filed for permanent injunction restraining the respondents from interfere with the possession of the suit property by the plaintiffs. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the fact that the suit was filed in the year 2011, this Court directs the III Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.948 of 2011 on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 30.06.2015.

6. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
