PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and his family members on the guise of enquiry except under due process of law.

ORDER

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents relying upon the Paragraph Nos.5 and 6 of the counter affidavit, which was filed by the second respondent, would submit that the second respondent did not harass the petitioner, except under due process of law, as alleged by the petitioner. 3.Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
