This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the impugned order in M.C.No.508/2019 dated 20.12.2019, passed by the first respondent.
2.It is seen from the records that the petitioner had executed a bond before the first respondent, for a period of one year, under Section 110(e) of Cr.P.C. While pending the bond period, the petitioner has committed another offence and detained for the remaining bond period, under Section 122(1)(b) of Cr.P.C, as per the impugned order passed by the first respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the bond period itself is over and the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructuous.
