ORDER

Following the view of the Full Bench judgment in Arul Daniel Vs. Suganya, (2022) 4 Mad LJ (Cri) 561 (FB), this Civil Revision 1/4

Petition stands dismissed. Liberty is granted to the civil revision petitioners to move an application before the Additional Mahila/Judicial Magistrate Court, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, to strike off their names from the array of parties on the grounds raised in the present revision.

2.The parties, being the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the first respondent, their appearance before the Trial Court is dispensed with for all hearings other than the essential hearings and on such hearings where the learned Magistrate specifically calls upon them to appear by way of an order in writing. In the event of the civil revision petitioners filing an application to strike off their names from the array of parties, the learned Magistrate shall pass orders within a period of eight weeks after receiving a counter from the wife and after hearing both sides. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
