Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The learned standing counsel for the respondents submit that the writ petitioner himself took part in the auction and has turned out to be the highest bidder. Therefore, the petitioner's grievance does not survive any further.

3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
