ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I (F.T.C.), Madurai, to expedite the trial in S.T.C.No.959 of 2012 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Considering the nature of grievance expressed by the petitioner and 'B' Diary extract produced by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:- "The learned Judicial Magistrate No.I (F.T.C.), Madurai, is directed to expedite the trial in S.T.C.No.959 of 2012 and to dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
