ORDER

The petitioner is in occupation of Shop Nos.6 and 7 in the Weekly Market Kamuthi. He is presently paying a sum of Rs.740/- per month as monthly rent.

the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that if the petitioner is willing to match the offer. The petitioner's counsel stated that the writ petitioner is not in a position to match the offer made by the highest bidder. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed. The petitioner is given eight weeks to vacate the petition mentioned shops from today. The undertaking given by the petitioner through his counsel is placed on record. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
