This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to register the case of the petitioner herein dated 06.11.2017 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that during enquiry, it was found that it was a false complaint. 3.The learned counsel for petitioner requested this Court to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach before the competent jurisdictional court for seeking his remedy.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned jurisdictional court to workout his remedy.
